The club got in touch regarding our AIR-EZE Fairway™ unit and the potential of having one installed at the club based in Hertfordshire.
Client’s Situation
The club had no issues regarding the installation and commissioning of the unit. They had an area set specifically for the machine, which had trolley grilles and now a power supply for the unit to be hooked up to.
Our Solution
Steve our engineer attended the installation, and after liaising with staff at the club found the position that the club were going to have the unit placed. Everything was set up ready for the installation to go ahead, i.e. the trolley grilles were in placed with enough clearance that the unit wasn’t sat on them, the power supply was in place for the unit and so on. Once Steve had carried out the installation and commissioning of the unit, he then showed the relevant members of staff how to carry out the small amount of maintenance required on the unit to ensure it was always running at peak performance for the club.
Client’s Benefits
With it now being just shy of 14 months since the club had their AIR-EZE Fairway™ unit installed, they have also not long had their annual service. With all units getting a tidy up at point of service, this also then allows for Steve to go over the visual outer checks. The club did also send in their feedback regarding the process and product, as well as personally endorsing the unit to others. This was the clubs feedback “The whole experience has been excellent, from helping us to choose the right machine, communication and the chap that installed our new machine. Would highly recommend and wish we had purchased years ago.”
