From an installation/replacement the club didn’t have any issues. This is simply due to the fact that everything had been originally thought out and any problems that would or could of been encountered were resolved/averted.

Our engineer Steve originally carried out the first installation at the club back when Mark was the GM, so after speaking to Chris it was relatively straight forward that the units would be a replacement at the same location. Steve just had to ensure that the installation spots requested by the club were still up to standard and met all requirements that are needed to make sure the unit is safely installed and safe to use by the members/visitors/staff at the club.

Just over 12 months since the club’s installation of their replacement dual unit AIR-EZE Fairway™ system, and the club have just also had both units serviced. The units had a slight tidy up for Steve to then go over the visual outer checks and the club mentioned they looked almost as good as new. The club were also good enough to send in their thoughts on their new units, as well as the positive feedback that they’ve had and seen from members and other users of the equipment at the club.
