Saunton Golf Club

The club didn’t necessarily have any unique issues, due to our engineer Steve installing the club’s original unit, he was aware of positioning and electrics should anything of gone not according to plan.

When Steve originally spoke to Russell from Saunton Golf Club, they ironed out all original “kinks” as it were, to ensure that the club had a hassle free and efficient install. Following on from this, Steve just carried out with the club to ensure that the new replacement unit was also one that could be installed in the same hassle free and efficient manner. Steve attended site, carried out the decommissioning of the old unit, as well then installing and commissioning the new one. Once all set up, Steve then showed the relevant and appropriate personnel how to carry out the minimal maintenance work on the AIR-EZE Fairway™ unit.

Just over 16 months on after the club’s installation of the new AIR-EZE Fairway™ unit, to replace the old one. The club has gone on to have their AIR-EZE Fairway™ unit serviced, with another service provisionally booked in for the same time this year. Prior to the replacement unit being installed, the club were happy to send over the feedback they had regarding the replacement unit and the process of ordering the replacement unit, as well as booking in the install etc. As well as feedback that they’ve received internally from the members, the club’s comments were “Julia made the purchase of our new Air-Eze shoe cleaner so easy.
