Speaking to Katie from Poult Wood Golf Centre, the club had an interest in replacing their existing unit that had been in for almost 20 years. The club and its members were exceptionally happy with the performance and longevity they had seen from their existing unit, so it only made sense to continue using the AIR-EZE Fairway™.
Client’s Situation
The position of the unit was something that our engineer Steve mentioned was a problem for the club originally when he installed the clubs first unit all those years ago. Following suit, this was something that had to be considered again for the new unit but wouldn’t be a problem with the original already having all the groundwork carried out prior to the installation.
Our Solution
Discussing with Steve and Gary at Poult Wood Golf Centre, the club were happy to have the replacement unit installed in the same position as the original one, due to the trolley grille and electrics already being available in that position. Steve attended to install and commission the unit as he did for the original and ensured that the relevant and appropriate staff at the club were shown how to carry out the minimal maintenance required.

Just over 12 months later from the installation of the new AIR-EZE Fairway™ unit, the club has gone on to have their AIR-EZE Fairway™ unit serviced. At the time of installation, the club were also happy to send over the feedback regarding the replacement unit, as well as feedback that they’ve received internally from the members, including the process from start to finish.
