Hale Golf Club

Introduction

We originally spoke to Brian Greenbank at the club, but then after a short amount of time starting to converse with Andrew Hay, the clubs Irrigation Manager. He was overseeing the installation of the clubs new shoe cleaning area and wanted to work with ourselves in building a bespoke area for the club.

Client’s Situation

The club wanted a custom made trolley grille and grate to suit their drainage needs, which was neither an issue or a unique problem we have seen as this is something that a lot of clubs are now opting for to ensure that they have designed their area to suit their needs.

Our Solution

Our engineer Duncan attend the site to carry out the installation at the club. Upon arrival the unit was in position to be installed, the clubs custom trolley grille and grate sat just in front of where the unit is going to be situation, in a specifically designed set out area.

After all initial unit checks and inspections, Duncan then positioned the unit into place and carried out all parts of the installation & commission that is required. Once the unit had been commissioned, he then ensured that all parts of the machine were fully functional and showed a member of the club the minimal maintenance step that is required.

The CofC and H&S was then handed to the club to sign where a digital copy would be issued later on by our service co-coordinator Jules.

Client’s Benefits

Speaking to the club about their set up, they’re happy with the unit and also happy with the custom trolley grille and grate that was made for them. Was a pleasure to deal with Andrew and Brian from the club.
