Duncan our engineer and myself arrive at the club, located not too far from our office. Upon arrival the unit was already relatively close to the position in which the club wanted it. The first stage of the new unit being installed was to tidy up the area, as this was still a functioning cleaning area, there was a fair bit of dirt and debris around the area.
The second stage was to then decommission the original unit, as it was no longer working, it’s important to have it decommissioned by an authorised engineer and to also ensure that it’s safe to move the compressor to another location.
Third and final step was to then move the unit back into the location that the club wanted it, then get to work adding the final parts to finish the assembly of the unit. Once in place, Duncan then went through all of his necessary checks, ensuring that the unit is now safe for use and therefore can be commissioned for the club to start using straight away.
When the installation and commissioning of the unit had finished, Duncan and the club then took some pictures of the new unit, the clubs Health & Safety sheet and Certificate of Compliance were provided to them after a signature from General Manager Adam Morris.
