Step-by-Step Guide to Installing the AIR-EZE Cleaner
Initial Considerations
There are a few things that we have to consider from the delivery of the unit, to the location where the unit is going to be situated. Mainly due to ease of access for the members, any potential obstructions, easy access to a power supply (either a 3-pin plug, or outdoor commando plug) and then the final point of the ground being level for the unit to sit.
In terms of preparing the area, when we arrange delivery the delivery driver will ask the club where they would like the unit installed, it’s important the club get the unit positioned as closely to the designated spot as possible due to the weight of the unit (140kg roughly).
Installation Process
Upon arrival, the unit will be unwrapped by an AIR-EZE engineer and firstly checked over just to ensure no damage has occurred in transit. After the visual checks have been done, the AIR-EZE engineer will then carry out his locational checks to ensure that the power source is reachable with the length of cable, as well as that the unit isn’t obstructing any exits or entrances to the club and finally that the ground is flat. Once this has been done, our engineer will then go through his checklist to ensure that the unit is installed and commissioned to the correct specifications to meet all regulatory and insurance specifications.
Post-Installation Checklist
When the unit has been installed, this is when our engineer will the walk through the basic weekly/fortnightly maintenance with members of the club (usually course manager/head greenkeeper), as well as informing them as well of the optimal usage methods i.e. we recommend using the guns in a short burst method as opposed to opening the triggers/guns fully to disperse the air.

Finally another one would be that people click the button on the coupler that releases the gun, this then means that the gun is no longer connected to the unit and dispersing air.
